Problem 1: Any Problem

General Solution: Update your device to latest OS. To update connect your device to your PC and launch iTunes, please check the “devices” section of iTunes and click on your device. Then, to download and install the latest version of OS, please click on the “Check for update button” in iTunes.

Problem 2: Game crashes after starting or while playing

Solution : This is most likely related to non availability of free memory for the game to run. Its cause depends on the other applications which may be running and consuming large memory in the background or the OS itself. To solve this problem, turn off the phone by pressing and holding the power button for few seconds and follow the instructions on the screen. Turn on the phone now and tap the game icon, your game should be up and running.

Updation Issues: If game is unstable after updating

To solve this problem, please reinstall the game by tapping and holding on for few seconds over the game icon, the icons will wiggle for some time and then a “X” will appear over the game icon. Tap on the “X” to remove the game. Then, you can reinstall the game by syncing with iTunes or you can download the game again from App Store.
Note : You can download the game for any number of times once you have purchased.
